Washington state is a direct-access state, so you do not need a referral. However, if you plan on using insurance benefits you might need a referral.
Light paperwork, on certain occasions we might need 1-1.5 hours to determine exactly what the cause your issue is. Treatment is usually accompanied in your first session but can be skipped if there are time constraints.
At least 1 full hour. If time allows some sessions may go from 60-90 minutes to ensure the most complete and satisfactory results.
There are occasions in which the session are shorter than 1 full hour due to time constraints from the client.
It depends primarily on how you respond to therapy. In most cases, 4-6 weeks will be the minimum amount of time required for clients to meet their goals.
Chronic conditions that require more of maintenance approach may require less frequent bi-monthly/monthly visits.
