Washington state is a direct-access state, so you do not need a referral. Most insurances do not require a referral either, but please check with your plan if you are not sure.
Light paperwork, on certain occasions we might need 60-90 minutes to determine exactly what the cause your issue is. Treatment is usually accompanied in your first session but can be skipped if there are time constraints.
At least 1 full hour. If time allows some sessions may go from 60-90 minutes to ensure the most complete and satisfactory results.
There are occasions in which the session are shorter than 1 full hour due to time constraints from the client.
It depends primarily on how you respond to therapy. In most cases, 4-6 weeks will be the minimum amount of time required for clients to meet their goals.
Chronic conditions that require more of maintenance approach may require less frequent bi-monthly/monthly visits.
Comfortable, loose fitting clothing that you will be able to move around easily in.

24 hours is preferable, but we are flexible and will work with you. Patients will receive a text/email 48 hours prior to the appointment for confirmation.
